Staying in prime beachfront appartments, this 3 night retreat’s main focus is on the ocean, it’s camling effect, how it can help us to relax and most of all bring us a sense of happiness!
Expect daily Yoga and meditation overlooking the ocean, SUP Yoga and paddleboarding on lagoons, nutritious meals including free time to explore the stunning Shark Bay area.
A welcome to country and introduction to local Aboriginal culture including a smoking ceremony will be part of our welcoming circle lead by Capes from Wula Gura Nyinda eco cultural adventures.
Learn about the deep spiritual connection of the Aboriginal people of the Shark Bay area. Enjoy tasting local seafood or bush tucker with Capes the well experienced local guide during a Didgeridoo dreaming night tour.
To connect further with the ocean, we will explore the amazing marine eco system of Shark Bay gliding across the water on paddleboards.
Discover hidden lagoons and ancient landscapes as we explore the water ways of big lagoon in Francois Peron National Park.
Senior Yoga teacher Rennae will guide you through daily Yoga and meditation over looking the ocean with a focus on ocean healing.
Chantal will take you to “Little Lagoon” for a SUP Yoga expereince like no other. Floating Yoga and meditation surrounded by the sounds of nature will bring you into complete relaxation.
This is not a jam packed retreat, we feel it’s important for you to have some free time to spend exactly how you want.
Our meals will be enjoyed together at the accommodation, (all meals provided) closer to the time, you will be asked for your dietary requirements. Vegan, GF and other options available.

Saturday 28th May:
- 1pm Arrive for lunch and introductions
- Settle into accommodation
- 3pm SUP Yoga at Little Lagoon and welcome circle
- 6pm Opening dinner
- 7pm Welcome to country Didgeridoo dreaming night tour
Sunday 29th May:
- 7am Sunrise Yoga with Rennae over looking the ocean
- 8:30am Bfast
- Free time, beach, explore, relax etc
- 12pm Lunch
- 1pm Paddleboarding at Big Lagoon National Park
- 7pm Ocean front dinner
- Evening: Yoga Nidra practice (optional)
Monday 30th May:
- 6am Yoga with Rennae (optional)
- 7am Bfast
- 9am SUP Yoga at Little Lagoon
- Free time, beach, explore, rest
- 12pm lunch
- 3pm Yoga with Rennae and closing circle
- Free time to relax, explore etc
- 7pm Closing dinner
Tuesday 31 May:
- Early morning Yoga, Bfast and good byes
Paddleboards are provided for you, if you are new to paddleboarding or not confident, you will have one on one attention from our qualified paddleboarding instructor. You will learn how to paddle on a lagoon which is ideal being that the water surface is very calm.
SUP Yoga and Yoga and suitable for beginners as our experienced Yoga teachers offer many options for those who are new to Yoga along with those who have a more confirmed yoga practice. Please bring you own Yoga mat.
What to bring:
Yoga mat, swim wear,beach towel, hat, sunnies, rashie, water bottle, warm clothes for the evening, money for personal items.
